2. Appointment Booking and Deposit

2.1 Tattoo appointments can be arranged in person, by phone, email, or online. Bookings become binding only after the deposit is paid.

2.2 Deposit amount: The Studio will inform the Client of the specific amount based on the complexity of the design and the session length (usually 1,000–2,500 CZK). The deposit is binding and will be deducted from the final price.

2.3 Purpose of the deposit: reserving the artist's time, preparing the design, and covering organizational costs. The deposit is non-transferable.

2.4 Deposit is non-refundable: If the Client cancels less than 48 hours before the appointment, or fails to attend without notice, the deposit is forfeited.

2.5 Changes/cancellations by the Client: The appointment may be rescheduled without losing the deposit if the Client informs the Studio at least 48 hours in advance. Later changes or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit is required for a new appointment. The Studio may limit repeated rescheduling.

2.6 Cancellation by the Studio: If the Studio cancels the appointment, the Client is entitled to a refund of the deposit or rescheduling to a replacement date.

3. Tattoo Process and Client Obligations

Consultation and design: The design, size, placement, and style are agreed in advance. Basic adjustments are included; extensive changes may incur additional fees.

Age: The Studio tattoos persons aged 18+. Exceptionally, individuals aged 16–17 may be tattooed with a parent/guardian present and with written consent. Persons under 16 are not tattooed.

Health condition: The Client must truthfully complete the pre-tattoo health questionnaire and informed consent. The Studio may refuse service if there is a health risk.

Condition upon arrival: Tattoos will not be performed if the Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This is considered a late cancellation and the deposit is forfeited.

Hygiene and instructions: The Client must follow hygiene rules and staff instructions. After the procedure, the Client receives aftercare instructions and must follow them.

4. Prices and Payments

  • The Studio provides an approximate price in advance; the final price depends on actual work time and design complexity.
  • The deposit is deducted from the final price. The remaining amount is paid after the tattoo (cash/QR code depending on available options).
  • If the Client requests changes beyond the original agreement during the session, the Studio may adjust the price accordingly after consulting the Client.

5. Touch-Ups and Complaints

  • Tattoos are handmade on living skin; minor variations are not defects.
  • Free touch-ups are available in case of an obvious technical error by the artist and only if the Client followed aftercare guidelines. Difficult areas (e.g., fingers) are not touched up for free.
  • Complaints should be made promptly (ideally within 7 days). After intervention by another tattoo artist, any claim becomes void.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Returnable first two weeks. Standard validity: 12 months. The voucher is transferable and single-use.
  • Appointments must be booked within the validity period; unused balance is not refunded.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Studio processes personal and health-related data solely for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations, in accordance with GDPR. Details are available in the Privacy Policy on the Studio's website. The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object.

8. Copyright and Publicity

  • Tattoo designs are copyrighted works; their use outside the Studio without the author's consent is prohibited.
  • The Studio may photograph the finished tattoo for its portfolio and social media; the Client may request anonymity or non-publication.

9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution and Supervision

  • Consumer disputes may be resolved through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
  • Hygiene supervision is carried out by the Regional Public Health Authority; business supervision by the trade licensing office.

10. Final Provisions

  • The GTC take effect on the date of publication on the Studio's website; the Studio may update them.
  • Rights and obligations already established are governed by the version of the GTC valid at the time of booking/payment of the deposit.
